To prevent Air borne debris from leaving the site a 40 foot high wind screen was constructed up wind from the processing conveyor and related equipment.
This preventive measure was initiated to deflect the wind and prevent debris from ever becoming airborne. The poles are designed and engineered for 100% wind solid and the fabric was custom fabricated for exact fit and durability in severe wind conditions. This barrier was constructed with no disruption to ongoing operations at this plant and is very effective in containing debris.

Rio Bravo Generating Station; Fresno, CA
The Rio Bravo Generating Station is co-generation facility producing electricity from natural agriculture by products. Upon construction of a glass production facility adjacent to the property, dust containment became an absolute necessity. A 40 foot high dust containment barrier was constructed to prevent the dust from leaving the site and entering the glass plant next door. Judge Netting designed an effective dust screen and the barrier was constructed without disrupting operations at the plant. The screen is 600 linear feet, engineered for 100% solid wind load, and utilized a high strength fabric. This barrier provides security, dust containment, and privacy and has eliminated the environmental problems with the adjacent manufacturing plant.

East Stockton Transfer Station; Stockton, CA
The East Stockton Transfer Station is a transfer and recycling station for trash and had been located at this location for decades. Encroaching development, increasingly strict regulation from the City of Stockton, and environmental issues necessitated the complete enclosure of the sorting area of this facility. Judge Netting worked with this family owned company to design and construct an enclosure that would provide privacy, wind protection, and dust and trash retention. The enclosure received building department approval by the city. Covering over one full acre, the structure exceeded our expectations and saved us nearly $800,000 dollars over a conventional enclosure. This type of installation provides complete privacy and dust containment on the sides and ventilation and 100% litter retention (note the netting top) without any center support poles to encumber equipment operations.
